I had heard this was the worst one but I actually liked it quite a bit more than the first. It’s got a fun buddy cop dynamic to it, and the stunts look great. There’s also a lot less of that awful early 2000’s CGI that ages the first one.

Lucas Black plays a 39 years old mannequin who uses his utter charmlessness to infiltrate a High School like it’s 21 Jump Street. Along the way he learns multiple Japanese proverbs about nails, relates to the racism a person of colour experiences in Japan by talking about his parent’s divorce, and beats the Yakuza by racing down a mountain for some reason.
The drifting still looks dope tho
