  I'm sorry but Death personified as the Big Bad Wolf doing the "I'm watching you" gesture while putting 2 coins on his eyes is legitimately one of the greatest threats ever done by any character in anything

  Interesting, INLAND EMPIRE by way of THIS HOUSE HAS PEOPLE IN IT. Way too long and weirdly impatient but when it hits it does so quite well. Just wish it did so a with a little more intent and focus. But, as someone who was quite terrified of my own home as a kid and has large swathes of splotchy memories for Reasons(tm) I can respect the swings its taking

  Usually have quite a bit of trouble engaging emotionally with movies. Well, not so much that I can't engage with them, I just don't feel what the characters feel very often. I can recognize "that is sad" or "that is happy."
