Drew Edelstein’s review published on Letterboxd:
If there's some higher essence of being in this world, this film keys into it in a way I've never seen before. The connections here (both those we seek and those we discover having always had) are magnificent to behold, and the way they're framed and mirrored between the two Veronicas is intensely moving in it's subtle depth. Although the plot is reasonably straightforward, I feel like I didn't fully absorb why the plot unfolded as it did. Still, it has some of the most pure displays of emotion I've ever seen in cinema, and it's thematic power was strong even when my understanding was lacking. One to revisit for sure, but I'm in love with it already!
