Mostly pretty weak, with some super strong moments. I really wish Disney would stop putting out first draft Star Wars projects, because the promise is always there, drowned under all the letdowns.

Isle of Dogs is Wes Anderson at his best. It’s bright, quirky, quick, clever, and just plain good. It’s a tribute to not only Japanese culture, but the unbridled companionship that a dog can provide. What more can I say? It was phenomenal.

A raucous, raw look into corporate America, greed, and excess. Uncondemning, and without compromise, The Wolf of Wall Street builds without letting up, showing animalistic behavior and unsympathetic thievery until finally asking the question- are you any better?
