This is a terrible movie (lol wtf was that surfing scene?! why is the bad guy a cheap Che Guevara knockoff?! and thunderdome basketball?!) BUT I don't care, I kinda loved it. It's not as good as it's predecessor, in fact it's basically a remake -yet Kurt Russell, his lovely hair, and one beautiful blue eye are enough to make both films some of the most fun B-movies around.
