Nine Days 2020
I knew nothing about what this film was going into it. Very much was taken aback & surprised. In a good way!
Some really incredible visuals & performances. Winston Duke is such a great talent & I always love watching him. The same for Zazie Beetz. They do tremendous jobs here.
The score is so beautiful and makes you feel so melancholy throughout. One of 2020’s (or 2021’s?) best.
Idk. I love these weird introspective type movies. Liked this a lot! Will definitely need to revisit when It releases this summer.

Soul 2020
I’m kind of blown away right now. I don’t think a Pixar movie has crushed me as hard as SOUL did. This film just meant so much to me, and I related so hard to it. It’s made me start over analyzing everything I’ve ever done & everything I ever want to do.
Brilliant work. Top 5 Pixar for me.

I’m so happy I saw this film. I can’t wait to rewatch for years to come.
