  I fell asleep for the last 45 mins. I hated the way this was lit and there were too many stretches where nothing was happening.

  The Dragon Fly planes were cool though. I guess I'll go back and watch the final 45 mins but fucking Christ this was way too long for so little payoff.

  Great kills. The people of Haddonfield Illinois all deserve to die.

  Seriously though, the added "social commentary" and very MAGA like quality of the mob was a little fucking ridiculous. All in all I liked the film but come the Fuck on guys.

  It looks good but has no fucking point. It's not scary, it's not suspenseful (except for why the bear is in the movie, even then the pay off was weak) and not particularly interesting.

  I get people want smart horror but convoluted isn't smart... It's someone using big words out of context to sound smart. MidSommar takes way too long to tell the thin story contained in its bloated 2hr 30min runtime.

  Not for nothing... all these grad student psych and anthropology majors couldn't see this coming? Word?!?!?!
