    My Days of Mercy

    ★★½

forced my friend to watch this again with me because of my huge ass crush on kate mara in this movie

  • Wanted

    Wanted

    ★★½

the way angelina jolie misconstructed and redefined what it meant to convey and obtain the concupiscent anomalistic clearance showing us that idiosyncratic is ebulliently inevitable while simultaneously substantiating the superiority of women

  • Columbus

  • The Strangers

    The Strangers

    ★★½

when she said “why are you doing this to us?” and the response from one of the killers was “because you were home.” is the scariest part of the whole movie

one day i will like a colin farrell movie but today is just not that day

  • It Chapter Two

    It Chapter Two

    ★★½

a lot was missing from this and i can’t quite grasp what it is but it was just painfully boring, it had no structure and the only good things about it are jessica chastain, bill hader, the shining reference and the comedy that made this a little more bearable

  • Always Be My Maybe

    Always Be My Maybe

    ★★½

this was very average as someone who is generally not the biggest fan of typical predictable romcoms. the comedy was weak and the acting was off in a lot of areas, ali wong will never disappoint me though!

  • Murder Mystery

    Murder Mystery

    ★★½

is this the ‘just go with it’ sequel?

  • Black Mirror: Fifteen Million Merits

    Black Mirror: Fifteen Million Merits

    ★★½

i wasn’t really interested in the concept of this one but daniel kaluuya’s talent is insane and i’d watch absolutely anything he is in

  • Upgrade

    Upgrade

    ★★½

the fight scenes were incredible but all i could think about during this whole thing is how much the main dude looks like tom hardy

  • Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile

Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile

    ★★½

it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either, that final scene though it gave me chills, zac and lily were just incredible. this was definitely lily’s best emotional performance and that is what made the movie for me. to conclude though...  they could have done a lot more with this
