Part of a work in progress trying to categorize the films of the decade.

Films in the Pantheon are those that are instantly worthy of the canon. They're classics in the making, either a result of aesthetic perfection, social relevancy, importance, and/or a noteworthy film by a noteworthy director.

Being that we are still in this decade, there will be recency bias, and some films might be pushed out of the pantheon if they do not survive the ravages of time. Regardless, all of these are at their very core great films.
