MY THOUGHTS
Round Two, but this time from home. The ending, which I’d been semi critical of in my first viewing didn’t bother me as much this time around, it’s still not as good as it could have been but I felt more accepting of it. 

Everything leading up to the final ten minutes continues to be compelling. From a technical point of view, it looks and sounds fantastic. Good performances too from all involved.

Keke Palmer's introductory scene, in which Emerald delivers her energetic and fast-talking monologue about her family history during a safety meeting on the set of a film shoot, took fourteen takes to shoot. Jordan Peele described each one as "very wildly different."
