  finally got to see another classic and it did not disappoint!!!!
  
  the atmosphere, the acting and the score were just perfect to give you the chills and creeps. the deaths were brutal; one of them literally left me shocked. it's unsettling and you need to be ready for this.

  classic horrors are just in their own level of greatness.

  i love how two elements that are dear to me, cosmic horror and dc animated, were combined to make this masterpiece.

  this was such a unique and dark take of the dc animated world. this was brutal, nasty, violent, intriguing but still continued to pull you in that you wanted more. the voice acting, the suits, the action and the moody, beautiful shots of gotham just added to the brilliant vibe of the film.

  i can assure you only the batman fits with cosmic horror so well.

  what a great surprise.

  a slasher film that is visually pleasing and stunning with great acting and costumes, pairing it with a character focused story. i really enjoyed this a lot.

  
  
  

  ~ lesson of the day: better listen to your kids and support them of their dreams. you don't want them to be unhinged and use an ax or spading fork on you.

  i remember watching searching and the feelings i had: i was nervous, scared, emotional and excited. happy to say, i still had those same feelings while watching this one but not as much.

  altho, this still captured the intensity and thrill i'm looking for in movies like these. some camera angles i wasn't too fond of but at least it's got some great score to accompany the wild ride.

  hoping they make more movies like these, very modern and creative.

  also, you better get yourself a friend like javi.
