In Bruges 2008
Martin McDonagh's Oscar-nominated screenplay is brilliant. This film manages to be hilarious, depressing, and quite enjoyable. Farrell and Gleeson are the perfect team, but Ralph Fiennes and the supporting cast are just as fun. It also features beautiful cinematography and a criminally underrated score by Carter Burwell.

The Dark Knight Rises 2012
Second viewing - absolutely loved it. It's not Nolan's best film, but it's my favorite superhero movie ever. Even with a couple of minor complaints, this film is just awesome. This is the Batman film I've been waiting for.
