One of the most mysterious films I've seen in years. Willem Dafoe and Robert Pattinson are two of my favorite actors and they knocked it out of the park with their psychotic performances. Robert Eggars proves he is one of the most interesting and skilled directors in the horror game. His use of old language is incredible and the aspect ratio calling back to old photography was an amazing touch. Can't get over this one, each frame will remain in my head for days. Love the mythological symbolism of Prometheus attempting to steal the light from Zeus. Brilliantly done in every sense. Probably will get bumped up to 5 stars on a rewatch.
