The chemistry between Ralph Fiennes and Tony Revolori is divine. I also found that as silly as The Grand Budapest Hotel is (and it is silly in the most enjoyable Wes-Andersonian way), it is also a wistful reflection on life, love, and legacy. It is a cinematic masterpiece.
I am legally required to give any movie Willem Dafoe is in 5 stars, but this one would’ve gotten it anyway.
