As much as I tried and wanted to like Lamb, I just couldn't get into it at all. It has its moments and there's some interesting ideas at play but it did absolutely nothing for me which is a shame because of how much potential this premise had and how fantastic the trailers were. It moves at a punishingly slow pace, feels like an unintentional comedy at times and by the end feels like there was absolutely no point to the entire movie. It's not a complete misfire as it's shot beautifully and has a trio of solid performances from Noomi Rapace, Hilmir Snær Guðnason and Björn Hlynur Haraldsson but sadly it's really boring to watch and doesn't amount to anything. Maybe I missed something or went into it with the wrong expectations but I didn't really enjoy watching this at all and I don't think I'd ever get the desire to watch it again.
