I feel beyond blown away. We all have our own MAZZAKS. And we must defeat them, it may take time and it’s most certainly the most difficult part of our lives. But what The Vigil proves is that film doesn’t need money to be any good. It takes care, precision and a beautiful score and some outSTANDING cinematography and it can be the perfect medium.
I’m a bit pissed but I think the vigil is one of the most underrated picture I’ve ever seen. Every part of it felt fresh and ballsy. It is what it wants to be and it’s fucking terrifying.
