The kind of fun and energetic movie I needed after constantly watching fucked up horror movies. Which to be fair makes me interested in seeing what an interaction between Gary King and Owen from Trash Fire would be like.
Some Kind of Hate is a movie that is not at all afraid to be brutal. As a movie about bullying it could have been better. As a vicious mean-spirited slasher it definitely leaves its mark. While the first half didn't impress me all that much the Moira angle made things a lot more interesting. Sierra McCormick does a good job and sells the character's venomous hatred.
