Scream 2: Electric Boogaloo... this time it’s personal!
Picking up 2 years after the first film some more psycho killers return to make a sequel that’s kinda the same in every aspect however now it’s more cheesy but at least it has character arcs.
The story is basically the same but a little larger, I prefer the relatively small scale of the the original. Randy was a character I throughly enjoyed watching though mainly for his really interesting knowledge of films that I could totally have a 2 hour long debate with. The character arcs for Sidney, Gale and Cotton, they actually add a rewarding element to the film that makes it worth watching till the end.
The horror in this is so good as well with some really interesting locations and ideas on display.
Why is there another one... up next Scream 3 I guess.
