  The pervert's guide to ideology is a thought provoking documentary, but at the same time enjoyable and full of wit.

  Ideology is so ingrained in society that it has affected our dreams. If we want to change our reality we need to change our dreams first. That seems to be the main theme of the film. Applying psychoanalytic theory to film interpretation, Slavoj Zizek attempts to uncover the hidden meaning of many Hollywood films.

  It seemed like this whole documentary was made by the same people who exploited him.

  This doc left a bad taste in my mouth, between the Hollywood AHs who wanted to exploit him despite seeing clearly that he was off, showing a relative corroborate his abuse stories but then having his mom on to justify it/ deny it, to the murder victims neighbors saying that didn't sound like their neighbor to drug and rape someone, as if they would know.…
