Ok, so it's like Godzilla v. Kong, but Godzilla would be M3gan and Kong would be Esther from the Orphan films. Just two sick and twisted not!girlies going at it for two hours.

I thought I knew the story of Lolita but ummm nope! I did not know the half of it. Kubrick's direction and Mason's performance make a disgusting premise fascinating to watch. Even if I was staring in especially heinous the entire time.

Baz Luhrmann’s quest to find truth, beauty, freedom, and love led him to the foot of the King. As he treads over the well-worn steps of biopics past, the frenetic visual style and Austin Butler’s wiggly performance kept me hooked. It’s a pretty surface level dive into Elvis, never going that one step deeper. I still had a great time and will be jamming to Elvis Presley music for a bit.
