I, Tonya

I, Tonya

Great movie. Almost a dark comedy at times which I think helps to balance out the seriousness of the situation. It would be pretty bleak if it didn't have that light-hearted touch. Margot Robbie is amazing and gives the best performance of 2017 and, honestly, her life. Allison Janney is fantastic too and is 100% deserving of that Oscar.

I can't help but feel that Nancy was shafted though. She's barely mentioned in the movie and when she is she's made fun of. I get that Tonya was a victim too but the movie really belittles what happened to Nancy when the actual attack is one of the few things in this story that isn't hearsay. Just my 2 cents.
