this movie had such a chokehold on me in 2018 you don’t understand. i can’t believe it’s three years old now. i played the soundtrack so much back then. watching this reminds me of happier times and brings back a lot of nostalgia. i think this movie has the most sentimental value to me out of any movie i’ve watched. these movies have meant a lot to me for a few years now so i hope a third movie is…

the parts set in 1666 were okay, nothing great in my opinion but the last act in 1994 was really good and entertaining. excited to see what netflix does with this series next

this was so good, you’d never really expect an almost 50 year old film to be so sex positive and have all the characters be bisexual

i think i liked this more than the first… the camp horror sub-genre isn’t usually my favorite but i had a lot of fun with this. i wasn’t as invested in the characters as i was for 1994 except for ziggy. overall i think it was a brutal and fun sequel that was better than the first. also it’s cool that sadie sink grew up to be gillian jacobs in this universe

netflix putting out a solid slasher is such a surprise. while it has some tropes and feels like a lot of other movies it’s definitely entertaining. i’m excited to see what happens in the other two. also i didn’t expect matthew zuk from doom patrol to be in this😭
