I wont say much other than that it's my favorite film of 2013 (so far) and everyone should see it. Linklater is an excellent director, and his Before saga provides a beautiful look at the different stages of love between a couple at various points of their lives.

Before Midnight sees us reunite with Jesse and Celine in Greece. Now they have been together for years, and know each other more than anyone else - which is both good and bad.

Though some may find Before Midnight is too akin to theater, it could only work on film. No other medium allows us to capture a moment in time and retain it forever. Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy have a magical rapport with one another, one that no other actor couple could ever hope to match. The moments we witness between them will immortalize them forever, allowing us to return to them whenever we see fit.

Before Midnight is perhaps the darkest of the three films thus far, yet it's also hopeful. There's little left to be said other than Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy are both terrific, as usual, playing their roles as impeccably as they have previously.
