Wow, pretty decent werewolf film. Also, I loved to watch Jim Cummings performance portraying that enraged alcoholic ADHD character, it was insane hahaha. I didn't know the protagonist directed the film as well, I'm definitely watching more of him in the next couple of days, he looks like a talented guy. Starting with 'Thunder Road' tomorrow despite being a different genre. Do watch this film ;)
All Quiet on the Western Front 2022
Great cinematography and captivating performances kept me glued to this film. On the other hand, I’ve found that it lacked character development, I feel like I didn’t get to know the characters in a more intimate way. Something that definitely makes the film more interesting is that we get to see the war from the German side, something that doesn’t happen quite often in films of this genre in my opinion. Happening in World War 1 was quite a refreshing…
You Won't Be Alone 2022
I absolutely loved this horror film, It has just the right amount of gore to satisfy any horror fan, but what really sets it apart is its great plot. The film tackles some really deep and thought provoking themes like gender inequality, parenting, love and loneliness, all while still being a solid horror film. I found myself thinking about it for days after watching it. One of its strengths is also the amazing actresses who give their faces to such a strong (mostly) female character. It's definitely a new addition in my list of favorite horror films of all time.
The Machine 2023
Despite the star of the film being a racist alcoholic who fucks dogs I will see this anyway and will update this review then.
The Empty Man 2020
What I wish someone would have told me before I watched this, is that you could just watch the first 20 minutes of the film pretending to be a short, and be satisfied with that while saving almost two hours of your time, enough time to watch something better.
