Danny’s review published on Letterboxd:
I imagine that pulling off your first stop motion animation film this well pretty much requires you to be Wes Anderson. With Anderson and Baumbach writing this together and some of the most consistently crisp visuals I’ve seen in a long while, it would have been almost impossible for me not to like this film again while rewatching it. The voice acting, soundtrack/score, mature themes that manage not to overload with seriousness & overall joyous atmosphere of Fantastic Mr Fox make it a real treat for viewers of any age because it goes above and beyond in every creative aspect. This is definitely a top tier kids movie.
