1000th Film. Cinema Paradiso Director's Cut.

For my 1000th film I wanted to watch something special. I heard so many good things about this film and so I watched it.

I don't know where to begin... I've had so many experiences, both good and bad, but not quite this one. Very few films have managed to make me feel what this film made me feel. One of the best relationships, both between Alfredo and Toto, and Toto and Elena. Performances, music (By the late Ennio Morricone, RIP), cinematography, directing, all are nothing short of extraordinary. Can't compliment it enough.

    Thank you.

Timelapse of the Future: A Journey to the End of Time

Before I'll die, I want this to be the last video I'll ever watch. Just to know that no matter what I did in life, good or bad, IT DOESN'T FUCKING MATTER.

    Good night.

Beautiful cinematography and chilling music. The film slowly but surely progresses and progresses, things become more and more mysterious and then....

    *Seinfeld outro music starts playing*

    The end. That's it...?

  • E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial

    E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial

I haven't watched E.T. in like a decade, yet it still holds up like fine wine. Yeah some of the computer-generated effects aren't the best compared to today, but the practical effects, especially E.T.'s costume still looks good to this day.
Perfect storytelling. Every single shot. And of course the music by the extraordinary John Williams. Some of its best for sure!! It's sad that Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny would most likely be his his last film scoring, having composed music for more than 50 years.

Only Spielberg can make me feel like I could truly fly across the moon.

    Denis Villeneuve's Films Ranked boxd.it/jmIsu

I just watched 2.5 hours of sand porn. This is so messy and lacks so many emotions.

  • The Fabelmans

    The Fabelmans

"It's the scientist vs. the artist"

One of the best experiences in the movie theater. Probably the best. Not an exaggeration.

When I grow up I wanna be a filmmaker, a movie director. Steven Spielberg has always been an inspiration to me, my favorite director in fact. Growing up on Indiana Jones and E.T. made me escape reality and feel like I hunt treasure and talk to aliens. That's what movies have always been. Steven Spielberg is probably THE BEST

"Nothing is more beautiful than to be together"

The kind of film that shakes you to its core. Dennis Villeneuve's best film.

  • Triangle of Sadness

    Triangle of Sadness

What a rollercoaster of emotions! Incredibly-well written and directed. I felt like some scenes could have been done a little bit more realistic but regardless of that, the whole experience was just ridiculously funny and entertaining!
The whole cast was excellent, especially Charlbi Dean, may she rest in peace. Such a tragic loss, she died so young. <3
