''you lost your mind?'' ''according to my last psych evaluation, yes.''

in my head, it was directed by michael bay. amazing supporting cast, steve buscemi as a serial killer, john cusack is 100% stressed, nic's fabulous hair, john malkovich's ''sayonara'' line is one of the best things EVER, nic beating up a rapist, sweet home alabama, THE LAS VEGAS SEQUENCE, nic protecting the bunny at all costs, explosions, explosions, EXPLOSIONS!

as malloy said, ''this... this is fucking spectacular!''. damn, i love this dumb action masterpiece.

the joy i felt when they recreated THAT scene from the first movie while the best character was watching it........ that was BEAUTIFUL

  • The King's Man

    The King's Man

ok, so this suffers from the same problem of the second one: lack of the stylish violence we see on the masterpiece that was the first movie, but some of the action scenes are spectacular (the no man's land scene!!). this one have a nice story, cool characters (although it could use a little more of gemma arterton's polly), and AMAZING GOATS. the fight scenes with the swords are fucking fantastic (especially the ones with rasputin!!!). the post credits scene gave me goosebumps, so i really hope we get a sequel because i'm dying to watch stanley tucci and aaron taylor johnson as kingsmen!!

''but you need to stop feeling bad.'' ''yeah... so do you.''

the 11-year old me who wanted to be an architect would love this masterpiece!

i really love when movies takes maximum advantage of a city's buildings and landscapes, and this one does it magnificently. john and haley are amazing — i could easily listen haley talk about architecture (or anything) for hours. also, i want to frame every single shot from this because the whole movie is stunning!! and there's a little scene of haley crocheting, which is a big bonus for me. anyways, it was a wonderful way to start a new year ♡

"get your lesbian feet out of my shoes!"
"lesbian? her birthday's in march. i thought she was a pisces" is easily one of the best dialogue exchanges of all times

    ''your heart understood mine.''

it's just as wonderful and beautiful as the 2019 version, but with cats!!!! kirsten dunst's has the cutest little nose, susan sarandon doesn't age at all, and i'll be obsessing over christian bale as laurie for the next few weeks

  • Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 2

Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 2

it's definitely a comedy because ricky's laugh is HILARIOUS and i couldn't stop laughing, and ricky is a better protagonist than his older brother. unfortunately they spent way too much time with flashbacks from the previous film, and that's sad because it had potential to be better than the first one. and a bonus half star for the MOTHER SUPERIOR LIVING IN THE HOUSE NUMBER 666

    tick, tick...BOOM!

i don't know if it's THAT good, if it was just the excitement to watch this at the theater, or if it's just my love for musicals, but it's one of the best movies i've watched this year!!! outstanding cast, FANTASTIC soundtrack (some of the songs are still stuck in my head), beautiful cinematography, and two of the greatest cameos in a movie of all times.

as a bonus, it made me cry and gave me an existential crisis. and, if andrew (i'm sure that it's my favorite role of his, besides peter parker) doesn't get at least an oscar nomination, i'll make a fucking riot.
