Deckard🥃’s review published on Letterboxd:
Friday The 13th Part 3 is an improvement over the second film, which in turn was an improvement over the first film. In this installment, I wouldn't say that it's more or less the same thing, because it is slightly different. The Atmosphere gets slightly darker and the film gets substantially creepy and ultimately pays off.
Jason finally obtains his signature hockey mask, the kills are pretty decent and the effects are much better than the second film. Oh and of course, those fucking 3D film moments, including a yo-yo, baseball bat, and a few more, that just can't help but make you laugh at how ridiculous it is being forced. All in all, it's a pretty enjoyable film, and stands out more so over the first two.
