    Invasion of the Body Snatchers

I enjoyed this. It was such a unique storyline and I like how it developed. The way that the body snatches chased people had me dying. A hoard of 30 people chasing one person through town and nobody really does anything was so funny. Good stuff

Lmao this was so weird. I don’t even know how to rate this movie. It was so off the wall (shoutout vans) I had no clue where the story would go at all times. Definitely had quite a few scenes that left you a little in shock, and questioning who thought of this. It is not a movie I’d recommend watching with your family. I really don’t even know what else to say. It was weird, kinda entertaining, and you…

  • Slither

I did not believe that this was made in 2006 when I first saw it. It has such an 80s vibe to it, but a more modern comedy aspect. James Gunn does a great job of balancing some comedy into action, and it works really good. This was definitely a fun one to watch

  • Speed

This was a random watch from HBO and it was great. This had really good pacing and it was suspenseful from beginning to end. Keanu and sandy were great as usual, but what’s new.

  • Candyman

Thoroughly enjoyed this. I liked that they continued off the first one, and provided a lot of background to the legend of candy man. I feel like a couple parts the writing felt a little cheesy, like Anthony not going to the hospital a soon as his hand literally started rotting away. I know a lot was going on but his hand was literally about to fall off and he was just scratching it. Overall I was a big fan, also it was great seeing Tony Todd make an appearance, big fan

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings

This was great. I loved the development of the movie and it had some great action. A couple scenes that had me dying: any scene with Benedict, especially the karaoke; when the blue ninja snatched the pendant from Leiko like Aquib Talib on Michael Crabtree; when Shang washed the blue ninja and the dad had to step in to stop him from killing him, and then they had to take the same plane ride back like all was good; just to name a few. Also it was great to see Aram make his first movie appearance, I hope next time they give him 2 arms.

  • Free Guy

    Free Guy

This was great. It was nice to see an actual comedy in theaters, I really can’t think of the last one I’ve seen. Suicide squad was the last closest thing. I lagged making this review but I’m gonna see this again with my family and update it

  • The New Mutants

    The New Mutants

This was pretty weak. I thought the story was boring and the powers felt bland. ATJ and Dani had cool powers, but that was the only semi exciting part. I don’t like that she defeated the giant bear by conquering her fear. No fight involved. Shoutout Zelda

I think this was pretty good for something I had no idea would get a sequel. I liked the first one, but thought forsure it’d be a one and done. This has a different feel to it which was good. It was solid, had some good action and good story.
My favorite scene was when the blind man put out the smoke cans and kept running by the guy and cutting him with the blade. That was literally straight out…

This was solid. I liked where the story went and Matt was great. I honestly feel like my reviews have been real copy and paste lately, so I’m going to start putting my favorite and least favorite part of the movie
Favorite part: when the biker gang beat up the guy.
Least favorite: when the innocent guy went to prison for years

I loved this. I don’t even need to review it because I loved it all.

I feel like this is one of the better movies of the series. I really liked Chris in this, and his character was good. The one scene I couldn’t get past was the needle scene. Chris tells him with this hole he’s about to screw in his neck he won’t be able to walk, and the other will make him lose his memory. Now he does them both, and James is fidgety during it, and after it doesn’t have any…
