Derek Dillon’s review published on Letterboxd:
One of the most beautifully shot films I've ever seen. Can't say I know much about the story of Macbeth but this film played it to be one of the most tragic and violent stories in our history. The Fass is absolutely kinetic as the tyrant Macbeth but it is Sean Harris who steals the film as Macduff. I will say that the final confrontation between Macbeth and Macduff is the most tense and nervous I've felt in a film in a long time. This is a must watch for any fan of Shakespeare, quality filmmaking and top notch acting.
