I mean this movie is probably the most extra I’ve seen in a while, but without actually deserving to feel extra. Or maybe it just didn’t amount to much in the end. Long story short, this film might make you feel frustratingly conflicted. Doesn’t make things that happen feel earned given that it’s really predictable.
Florence tried her best to give Toni a run for her money. The opening sequence alone is truly frightening and I really appreciate that the humor was tastefully done, balanced with the shocks.
Shoutout to Haxan Cloak for the brightfully sinister score.
