100-word review: It's fun enough, but I honestly don't entirely understand the overwhelmingly positive reception, because I thought Glass Onion preserved little of the original charm of the first Knives Out movie. Specifically in terms of characters and plot the latter was simply much much better, in my opinion. The Knives Out cast was less one-dimensional, and although those characters were caricatures too, they had more depth and persona; even Benoit Blanc himself felt more well rounded back then. Glass Onion also doesn't quite have that met-cinematic zing to it that made Knives Out so incredibly satisfying as a whodunnit.
