The Holy Mountain

The Holy Mountain ★★★★★

Well, you just can’t look away... every frame is filled with the Obscene, the grotesque, beauty, poetry and yep, try as you may, mostly the nonsensical.

Jodorowsky’s exploration into the human experience pulls apart Religion, consumerism, art, sex and war and still feels very relevant today. It’s not so much a narrative lead experience, more a rush for our every hearkening sense.

My favourite section is still the introductions to the world’s most powerful people- cracks me up.
