Dennis Duffy’s review published on Letterboxd:
Ridley the utter nihilist back to show us how a big budget movie like this should be, crafting a film about empty, meaningless codes of honor and defending masculine pride over finding justice for the real victims of violence. His eye for brutal historical bloodshed remains unmatched. Incredible production with the grand scale of an old Hollywood epic that’s paired with some equally incredible material from Damon, Affleck, and Holofcener.
