Daniel Goetschel’s review published on Letterboxd:
In movies, cities are presented in many different ways, generally differently from how I've experienced them. They take on a theatrical appearance, an appearance made for the camera, for viewership, and that look is a bit different from how I as a person walking on the ground experiences them, I never really realized it until watched this film I thought wow, this is crazy, Los Angeles is presented as I experience it, it looks exactly how it's looked to me as i've driven and walked across it. And then it takes me to places I haven't been, but it feels like this is how I would witness these areas if I was there in person, this is how I view new areas. I've never seen cities represented like this, yet this is exactly how they appear to me.
