UGH! This adaptation was so damn good. It was a perfect combination of the book but also add their own flare in the film. The chemistry between Taylor and Nicholas were off the charts and their were perfect as Alex and Henry.
Off course there were some changes that I wish they didn’t do but I completely get given we only got this many pages to fit into this many hours of film. But that’s what the book is there…
I like how this was told through raw footage from interviews, body cams, media outlet, and Shanann’s Facebook posts. I have watched a lot of tv specials of the case and had also watched Chris Watts interrogation video so nothing seemed new to me except the text messages. Shanann was really trying to save her marriage but Chris being so misguided cut her life as well as their kids. He keeps saying in his interrogation videos that he couldn’t snap…
