The claustrophobia-inducing atmosphere inside an Airbus 320 with the camera staying solely inside the cockpit showing mostly close-up “face-centric” shots, jittery visuals, and noisy histrionics mainly by the relentless rhythmic door banging became very exhausting to watch. The hackneyed plot line fell as fast as when the altitude dropped. I get it, the continuously jerky camera shots are supposed to simulate turbulence. Overall, this melodramatic airplane terrorism drama ran out of fuel, stalled, and crash-landed short of the runway. Thank goodness it’s free with my Prime membership and had a short run time.
