Dorsey’s review published on Letterboxd:
Orphans find their place in the world by leaving the world behind. A wannabe gangster and a rugged isolationist, the kind of men and boys who traditionally have a hard time expressing emotions, learn to overcome their grief and and grow closer. They're aided by a great soundtrack, a lot of humor, and the beauty of New Zealand.
While not as hilarious as Waititi's What We Do In the Shadows , Hunt For the Wilderpeople has a lot more heart.
