I saw this when I was way too fucking young and could not appreciate how good this is. With the context of having known less funny versions of Ronnie Bernhardt in real life, this just hits so good. Completely scathing and hilarious examination of wannabe cop assholes. The denizens of this shitty mall are all repulsive in their own gloriously hilarious ways. Amazing that this came out the same year as Paul Blart.
