Annette is such a mesmerizing, funny, beautiful, bizarre and tragic film.
Adam Driver, Marion Cotillard and Simon Helberg (surprisingly) are absolutely phenomenal in this. It might be my favorite from Driver as he just perfect as Henry McHenry.
The music and singing from everyone is astounding. The direction is terrific, the cinematography is gorgeous, the production design and lighting is top notch. Also the ending had me choked up a bit.
Honestly I'm still trying to process Annette, but I pretty much knew I was gonna love this movie after hearing how out there it is and I was not disappointed in the slightest. This might become a new favorite of mine in the future. I'm so happy I watched it!
