  apparently i’m on a hugh grant kick at the moment. two stars purely for how good he looks in this, one more for kristin scott thomas. andie macdowell is so fucking awful in this it’s almost comedic. thank christ for british men in glasses with floppy hair otherwise this movie would be borderline unwatchable
