Eternals ★★½

Generally what I think we were all expecting. A restrained Zhao and a wildly sprawling narrative far too big for it's britches. Zhao got in her patent glorious vistas and landscape shots. The narrative is simultaneously too large and too small. With personal relationships defining the narrative of a cosmos spanning opera without any actual logistics presented on the space between earth and a certain character. As far as MCU goes though this isn't a terrible direction for them to explore. They really gotta tighten their exposition shit down though.

The post credits stuff went right over my head, but I am really tired of the don't worry if you didn't like this we're making more so you didn't waste your time learning this storyline thing. It's pro humanity propaganda resonated with me though, so at least there's that.
