Mr. Tables’s review published on Letterboxd:
This was playing on the plane I was taking back home, but the audio was utter trash so I just muted it and tried to time it to Currents by Tame Impala (kinda like how people do that with Dark Side of the Moon). I gave up after Let It Happen didn’t really match the opening (way too meandering in nature for such an energetic opening), so for the rest of the flight I just tried timing scenes to different Tame Impala and M83 songs I had downloaded on my phone.
None of them worked, but golly gee did I ever try.
Also I’m reflecting on this now, why in the HELL didn’t I put on Outro from Hurry Up We’re Dreaming over the scene where Harley loses her sandwich in slow motion?
I’m such a member of Gen Z, it’s kind of sad at this point.
