A fine but extremely predictable sequel with great performances. The story was fun but very predictable. This was especially noticeable in the second act. Mysterio (Played by Jake Gyllenhaal), the film's antagonist, had some interesting moments but could have been expanded on. The film's cast are excellent. Tom Holland continues to give this version of the superhero some depth in his performance and Zendaya is terrific as a reimagined MJ (Sidenote- It was cool to see this version of the character expanded on). Jake Gyllenhaal was a great choice to play Quentin Beck/ Mysterio as he played the two different sides of the character extremely effectively. Jon Favreau, Jacob Batalon, Samuel L. Jackson, Marisa Tomei, and Cobie Smulders provide great support. The cinematography is awesome, especially in the scenes where Mysterio brings Spider-Man into his world.
