Yeah I still ain’t about this one all that much.
The majority of this film begins and end with the fact that there are just too many damn main characters here. It’s a fascinating existential exploration through the lens of immortal beings and their place in this grand universe made by the Celestials, but I can’t bring myself ever getting invested with their struggles because of how little time we get to spend to know each of the 10 Eternals. The final set piece is neat still, the imagery of that white marble Celestial rising out of the ocean is beautiful.
