๐ฅฏ
Thereโs almost too much to say about what I just witnessed, so Iโll start by saying Iโve never felt so overwhelmingly entertained by a movie in a long time, this was one wild ride.
I took to Twitter the other day, wondering if this movie could be bigger than Parasite, and I dare say, it might just be.
With Marvel having recently tapped into the concept of the multiverse, my favorite production company, a24, throws its hat into the ring.
At first, I thought it would potentially be a mess, but the directing duo of Daniel Kwan & Daniel Scheinert deliver on such an epic level.
I thought it was particularly cool how the main character, Evelyn, in heights of serious conflict, was able to jump between universes and snag attributes/character traits from her alternate selves, but in a way where she didnโt โtravelโ per sayโฆ
Iโm not exactly qualified to explain it ๐
There's one universe in particular where everyoneโs fingers are hot dogs, and itโs stuff like that thatโs so creatively crazy, it puts this movie in a whole different league.
