This time around, I saw just how subtly and masterfully the Orpheus story was interwoven in the last third of the movie. Also, for a movie that seems so subdued, there are so many beautiful shots and compositions and it remains visually dynamic even in the most quiet, intimate scenes without being showy. This is a classic for the ages.
