So, i REALLY love the book that this movie is based on, and for context, there is an entire first half that happens before this movie even starts. With that, I do really love the book more, but I realize it would’ve been difficult to make all of it into a film. I really love what this film did with the material it had. It was soooo heartbreaking and beautiful and ugh friendship!!!!! YES!!! Please support this film even tho it’s not in theaters anymore

“Courage is the solution to despair, reason provides no answers. I can't know what the future will bring, We have to choose despite uncertainty. Wisdom is holding two contradictory truths in our mind, simultaneously, Hope and despair. A life without despair is a life without hope. Holding these two ideas in our head is life itself.”

High School Musical 3: Senior Year

The entire HSM franchise is a metaphor for Troy’s bisexuality. Sports is girls and theater is boys and everyone tells him he must choose one but in the end he says fuck it and picks BOTH!

Dear Leonard. To look life in the face, always, to look life in the face and to know it for what it is. At last to know it, to love it for what it is, and then, to put it away. Leonard, always the years between us, always the years. Always, the love. Always, the hours.
