Emo Philips’s review published on Letterboxd:
I had a big ole dummy grin on my face at the ending! That doesn't happen very often when I watch movies, especially dramas that I emotionally relate to. Alcoholism has been a spectre in my family, and while I've been able to stay away from over-consumption (having two young kids helps, you just don't have time to), I know that lingering stare while thinking about having just one drink, or that a drink at work can make you perform better. It's a plausible delusion, but rightfully brought the underlying problems in each of the dudecrew's lives to the forefront. The camerawork, lighting, sound design, set, and Mads' leading performance make this a pretty easy five-star review.
