Ari Aster is proving himself to be quite the craftsman when it comes to horror. I’m going to call it classical music horror. It’s so beautifully crafted that it almost brings a tear to your eye.
I felt comfortable watching this....weirdly enough. Unlike, Hereditary, which had me on the edge of my seat, I comfortably sat through this film and I very much enjoyed it.
It was quite funny as well. Will Poulter had some great lines which had me laughing out loud.
Admittedly, this film takes a while to get into. It gets a little sluggish but once it gets going, it truly is a piece of horror art.
Overall, Ari Aster clearly has horror coursing through his veins and I’m very excited for his future projects. Cheerio!
